33 Jaipur Gamblers Arrested

Jaipur police arrested 40 men in connection with an illegal gambling ring Sunday. Thirty-three of the men were caught gambling and seven others we’re arrested for operating illegal gambling centers.
The centers, located on Lalkothi, Amber Road, Sanganer and Station Road, were reportedly operating under the guise of videogame parlors. Police seized 40 contraband machines from the parlous and recovered Rs 67, 901. The Rupee (Rs) is India’s national currency.
According to Inspector General P.K. Singh, police acted on a tip-off.
Singh went on to say that all 40 suspects will be charged under India’s Gambling Act.
